Do you have a lot of addresses to ship to? Have no fear, CHARITYPAL has made your business gift ordering much easier. Simply follow the steps below and we'll take care of the rest.

NOTE: Follow the instruction below to SAVE the file FIRST before entering any information into the fields. Then open it from your computer. Please make sure you have Microsoft Excel to ensure full functionality of the order form.

1. Click on “CORPORATE GIFT ORDER FORM” buttom below:
2. Click "Save"
3. Save the file to a location of your choice on your computer
4. Open the file from your computer and fill in your order information
5. email the file to our corporate team at: marylee.lewis@charitypal.net

You can also submit a list in your own format, including Excel, Word, PDF and any other you may use. We are happy to receive lists via email. Whichever is easiest for you!
